Ill or injured?

You should not run if ill or injured for your own safety. You cannot give your number to someone else in your place. This is for insurance reasons.

I can't take part. Can I get a refund?

Sorry but we cannot give refunds. From the moment we start to organize a Santa Dash, we start to incur costs and your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event – barriers, toilets, numbers & pins, Santa Suits, etc. Santa Dash events are organized at cost so we cannot offer refunds.

Can someone else run instead of me?

No.They can’t for health & safety and insurance reasons. We need to know exactly who you are via your number incase of an emergency.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Aim to get there at least an hour before the start of the Santa Dash. This will leave enough time to get parked up and allows you enough time to use the loos and pick up your Santa suit.

Do I have to register when I get there?

You will need to make your way to the start line to give us your confirmation email so we can exchange it for your Santa Suit.

What else is happening on the day?

We want the Santa Dash days to be as much fun as possible – Santa Dash events are not just about the ‘jog’ itself. There will be a lot of other activities that you can try your hand at and we’ll update the local Santa Dash pages as we get these confirmed but we’re aiming for other ‘sports taster’ events, celebrities & entertainment at every venue.
